Entre sus experiencias junto a los m\u00e1s grandes chefs del mundo en grandes restaurantes franceses, trabaja de cerca con exponentes de <strong>pol\u00edtica internacional<\/strong> como <strong>Chef Prive\u00e9<\/strong> , ocupa el cargo de docente en el <strong>Gambero Rosso &#8211; &#8220;La ciudad del Gusto&#8221;<\/strong> de Lecce, trata de <strong>cursos de formaci\u00f3n profesional<\/strong> en colaboraci\u00f3n con <strong>EFAL Salento,<\/strong> es invitado de varios La <strong>radio y la televisi\u00f3n francesas emiten<\/strong> y organizan numerosas cenas de espect\u00e1culos solidarios tem\u00e1ticos (en colaboraci\u00f3n con <strong>C\u00e1ritas<\/strong> y con la <strong>Proloco de la Ciudad de Nard\u00f2<\/strong> donde Salvatore es parte de la junta) presentando la cocina internacional en Puglia, en la prestigiosa estructura del siglo XVIII <strong>&#8220;Oasi Tabor&#8221;<\/strong> de Nard\u00f2 (LE). <strong>poniendo a disposici\u00f3n en el sitio algunos kits con los que es posible preparar de forma r\u00e1pida y c\u00f3moda los platos genuinos e incluso org\u00e1nicos que propone el chef en la secci\u00f3n &#8220;Propuestas Gastron\u00f3micas&#8221;<\/strong> . <strong>Aliments Salento<\/strong> es mucho m\u00e1s que un proyecto empresarial.
